PK Peak trek offers the magnificent views of Himalayan ranges including some of the highest mountain ranges of the world such as Everest (Highest mountain of the world), Annapurna, Lhotse, Cho-Oyu, Makalu, Manaslu, Pumori, Amadablam, ChuluHimnal and other many beautiful peaks of the world. Although this trek is relatively easier and more adventurous but only a limited number of tourists visit this place in the humbug region. This trek is an alternative trek to Everest Base Camp and one who can’t trek to the base camp of Everest but has a desire to see the magnificent and closer view of Everest, then Pikey peak trek is the ultimate option for you. Besides the sightseeing of mountain ranges, you will also explore a wide variety of flora and fauna of Khumbu region. Sightseeing of the unique and ancient culture of Sherpa people living in the Khumbu region is also another major attraction of this trek.
PK Peak trek starts with the sightseeing of Kathmandu and then we will take a scenic flight to the Khumbu region. We will then start our trek and pass many ancient villages, monasteries, rhododendron forests to reach the summit of this beautiful peak. One of the major attractions of this trek is the sightseeing of the sunrise and sunset view from the top of Pikey peak. Return journey will be the same and we will trek back to Lukla and then fly back to Kathmandu and end our marvelous journey.
